Tá súil againn go mbeidh tuismitheoirí in ann cabhrú linn an ocáid seo a cheiliúradh os rud é go bhfuil áiteanna teoranta tugtar cuireadh do thuismitheoir amháin as gach clan freastail. Bhéimis an bhúioch dá mbeadh tuismitheoirí sásta teacht agus cabhrú ar an Aoine nó ar an Déardaoin. Iarrtar ar thuismitheoirí a thagann chun cabhrú gan páistí níos óige / leanaí a thabhairt leo. Bheimis an bhuíoch dá mbeadh tuismitheoirí sásta cístí a bhácáil. Os rud é go bhfuil na tuismitheoirí ó Rang 1 nó Rang 3 ag soláthair bia don Chéad Chomaoineach nílimid ag súil le cabhair uatha. Is ceart cácaí a fhágáil sa scoil ar an Déardaoin nó Aoine.
Our new school building will be blessed and officially opened by the Archbishop of Dublin and patron of the school, Diarmuid Martin, on Friday 18/5/12 at 11 a.m..
We hope that parents will help us to celebrate this occasion and invite one parent from each family to come along on the day, unfortunately as places will be limited in the hall we cannot extend this invitation further. but we would appreciate if people would volunteer to come and help during the day.
We need help on Friday morning from 8:30 – 10 a.m. to prepare food, from 10:30 – 12:30 p.m. to serve food etc. and also on Thursday (17/5/12) from 1:35 – 2:35 p.m to set up hall etc. Parents who come to help are asked not to bring younger children/babies.
We would also be very grateful if parents could do a little baking! We are not asking parents from Rang 1 or Rang 3 to bake as they are going to cater for the First Holy Communion (Saturday 26/5/12), but if other parents could bake cakes and buns and bring them to school on Thursday between 1:35 – 2:35 p.m. or Friday morning at 9 a.m.
